V12 Group has acquired Teramedia Corporation
V12 Group, a complete provider of multichannel direct marketing solutions for a variety of industries, has acquired Teramedia Corporation.
Teramedia manages and brokers direct mail, email, telemarketing and multichannel lists. The company's product offerings also include email append, eCOA, database hygiene, and data licensing—all of which will enhance V12 Group's suite of existing data driven marketing solutions.
A team from Petsky Prunier LLC led by Michael Petsky served as exclusive financial advisor to V12 Group.
