GMT Communications Partners, through its portfolio company Docu Group Holdings Limited, has acquired Springer Baufachverlage, the subsidiaries of Springer Science and Business Media comprising Springer's entire B2B construction publishing division. The combination of Docu and Springer Baufachverlage will create the market leading publisher of professional construction and architectural magazines in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
