Canaccord Genuity was awarded the disposal mandate following a beauty contest, and has worked with Ab‚nex Capital and the management team in preparing the business for sale including running a competitive auction process with trade buyers only. The second phase (2 weeks) included two strategic buyers.

Canaccord Genuity acted as financial advisor to the shareholders of Score Groupe.
