Our client, Covenant Healthcare Group Limited ("Covenant Healthcare") recently completed the sale of its subsidiary Covenant Churchill London Clinic ("Churchill") to Cambian Healthcare. Financial details were not disclosed.

Churchill is a leading independent mental health facility located in a 68-bed freehold property in Lambeth, South London and a standalone subsidiary of the Covenant Healthcare Group, which also incorporates Transform, a leading UK provider of cosmetic surgery solutions, and Abbey Hospitals, a group of four private hospitals located in the North of England and Scotland.

Cambian Healthcare is a leading provider of specialist education and mental health rehabilitation services across the UK and is owned by GI Partners. It provides residential education and care for young people with autism, Asperger syndrome and other associated complex need and operates psychiatric rehabilitation facilities, working closely with local authorities and Primary Care Trusts.
