Petsky Prunier advises SpotXchange on its Growth Equity financing from H.I.G. Growth Partners
Petsky Prunier is pleased to announce it has served as exclusive financial advisor and placement agent for SpotXchange, LLC, one of the fastest growing global online video advertising networks, in a $12mm financing from H.I.G. Growth Partners. The capital raise is the company’s first institutional investment.
SpotXchange is currently ranked as comScore’s third largest video ad network in the U.S. and the number one video ad network in several other countries, including Canada and the U.K. The company’s auction-based platform, combined with its proprietary viewership data and targeting technology, helps more than 200 major brand advertisers each month achieve the most efficient media spend for their video campaigns in a verified, brand-safe marketplace. By leveraging one of the largest sets of cross-platform data on video viewership in the world, SpotXchange places video ads in front of the specific audiences most likely to watch longer and interact with a given ad – all in real-time on a per impression basis, leading to a significant lift in optimized targeting, reach, and control. SpotXchange’s publishers benefit from the company’s ability to maximize the value of their inventory by making every impression competitive amongst a large group of major brand advertisers, demand side platforms, and ad networks that use SpotXchange’s real-time bidding API.
The proceeds from the funding will be used to develop SpotXchange’s video advertising network technology further and to expand its international presence, strengthening the company’s position as one of the world’s largest marketplaces of integrated, in-stream video ad inventory.
