Towry Law Holdings Limited

Towry Law Holdings Limited ("Towry Law") has completed a fundraising with Asset Management Finance LLC ("AMF") , a specialist investment firm focusing on the global wealth management and asset management sectors. Towry Law marks AMF's first investment in Europe.

Canaccord Genuity advised Towry Law on the fundraising and was central to designing an innovative mezzanine financing structure to minimise the equity dilution to the existing shareholders, who include Palamon Capital Partners and Towry Law employees.
