Canaccord Genuity acts as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of NCE Computer Group on its sale to Park Place Technologies

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that recently, Park Place Technologies (a GTCR portfolio company) completed the acquisition of NCE Computer Group (“NCE”) (a Rockpool Investments portfolio company) for an undisclosed amount.

Headquartered in Wiltshire, United Kingdom, NCE is one of the leading global independent providers of third-party data centre maintenance, repair and managed services. NCE’s portfolio of services includes remote monitoring, field services, technical support, repairs, parts sales, installation and project services, across the data storage and network environments. NCE had been backed by Rockpool Investments LLP (“Rockpool”) since 2015.

Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, Park Place Technologies is the world’s largest pure play post-warranty data centre maintenance organisation, which supports more than 9,000 organisations in over 100 countries. It provides storage, server and networking maintenance services for the data centre environment across a wide range of vendors including Cisco, Dell, Hitachi, EMC, HP & IBM. Park Place Technologies has been backed by GTCR (a Chicago-based private equity firm) since November 2015. The NCE acquisition marks Park Place Technologies' sixth acquisition in the past year.
