Recapitalization of the Company in Partnership with Senior Management Team will Provide Capital for Future Growth

August 10, 2017 (New York, NY)– Petsky Prunier is pleased to announce it has advised Medical Knowledge Group, LLC, an analytics-driven and technology-enabled, multi-channel healthcare marketing and communications provider servicing the biopharmaceutical industry, on its recapitalization led by MTS Health Investors, LLC. Medical Knowledge Group’s existing senior management team will maintain a significant minority ownership position and has partnered with MTS to recapitalize the business and to obtain additional capital to support future growth. Medical Knowledge Group was previously a portfolio company of private equity firm, CIVC Partners.
