Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that on May 25, 2017, Informatics Corporation of America (ICA), a leading provider of SaaS-based interoperability and population health management tools that leverage unique data capabilities to connect care teams, facilitate care coordination and enable real-time patient care interventions, completed its sale to an undisclosed strategic buyer, a developer and provider of revenue cycle management and system integration solutions for healthcare facilities.

Canaccord Genuity served as financial advisor to Informatics Corporation of America and its Board of Directors in connection with the transaction.
