CG Petsky Prunier is pleased to announce it has advised 3Q Digital, an independent performance and digital marketing agency that grows disruptors into market leaders, on a significant growth investment from Erie Street Capital and PSP Capital. 3Q Digital’s CEO David Rodnitzky will continue to lead the business and focus on the agency’s ongoing growth by adding technical capabilities, increasing services, and expanding internationally, with Dublin and Singapore as potential targets for this year.

Founded in 2008 by CEO David Rodnitzky, 3Q Digital is the largest independent digital marketing agency in the U.S. with 10 offices and more than 320 employees.
