Amerlux

Canaccord Genuity acts as exclusive financial advisor to Amerlux, LLC on its pending acquisition by Delta Electronics, Inc. 

Acquired by Delta Electronics for $90 million of upfront consideration plus an earnout payment contingent on future performance. The closing of the transaction is anticipated to occur in the second quarter of calendar 2019 and is subject to receipt of required regulatory approvals and satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Canaccord Genuity acted as exclusive financial advisor to Amerlux.
