Canaccord Genuity acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor to ChartWise Medical Systems on its acquisition by Iodine Software

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that on May 26, 2021, ChartWise Medical Systems, Inc. was acquired by Iodine Software, LLC, a portfolio company of Silversmith Capital Partners and Bain Capital Ventures. Canaccord Genuity acted as exclusive financial advisor to ChartWise.
