Canaccord Genuity Acted as Joint Lead Manager, Bookrunner, and Underwriter to Azure Minerals Limited on its A$120m Two-Tranche Placement

Canaccord Genuity has raised $120m for Azure Minerals Limited (ASX:AZS), a Western Australian critical minerals explorer close to defining a potential globally significant lithium deposit at Andover in the Pilbara. The CG team is proud to be assisting another material Australian player in global energy transition & decarbonisation.
 
Funds raised will be used to deliver a maiden Mineral Resource in Q1 2024 and initial Scoping Studies by late 2024. Featured in CG’s recent Diggers and Dealers Wrap, MD Tony Rovira presented that Azure’s exploration target of 100-240Mt ‘would place Andover in the top 10 of global hard-rock resources’.
