CG Sawaya Partners Acts as Financial Advisor to Focus Consumer Healthcare, LLC on its sale to Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Co., LTD.

CG Sawaya Partners is pleased to announce it has advised Focus Consumer Healthcare, LLC (“Focus”) on its sale to Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Co., LTD (“Kobayashi”). 

Focus Consumer Healthcare is a leading Health & Wellness company based in Chattanooga, TN that markets and sells a well-known portfolio of OTC and supplements brands anchored in Heart Health, Women’s Health, and Cold Sore Relief.  The brands include Garlique, Pamprin, and Herpecin-L, among others. 

The acquisition represents Kobayashi’s strategic commitment to expanding its international presence and particularly the U.S. market.  Kobayashi plans to bring its expertise in R&D, new product development, and marketing to continue to grow the Focus brands.
