Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Together, we are stronger

Together, we are stronger

Fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion to drive our collective success

At CG, we know that diverse teams create better business outcomes. We are an equal-opportunity employer  and committed to attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce, where everyone is empowered to be their authentic selves and to realize their potential for excellence.

We also know how important it is for all colleagues to feel like they belong.

Diversity and Inclusion goes well beyond hiring a more diverse skilled workforce. It means fostering an inclusive work environment and strengthening accountability across the organization by continuing to educate and raise awareness to the issues that are important to our workforce and our communities.

Internally, we have launched several initiatives to help us advance our DE&I priorities, including:

  • Global employee networks and committees
  • Unconscious bias and leadership training
  • Accessibility Action Plan to ensure inclusion of persons with disabilities
  • Mentorship and support programs
  • Events and campaigns to facilitate awareness and allyship

In 2024, CG was named a Top Employer in Canada by the Top Employers Institute, a testament to our long-standing efforts to foster an inclusive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative culture.

Making a Positive Impact

We know that our people, the communities in which we operate, and our business are stronger and more impactful when diverse experiences and thinking are at the table. We take proactive steps to make a positive impact for our colleagues and our communities through partnerships and initiatives which celebrate diversity, promote equality and empowerment, and help increase opportunities for success.
