Managing Director, Global Head of Equity Capital Markets & Co-Head of US Securities
Jennifer (Jen) Pardi was appointed Global Head of Equity Capital Markets in October 2020 and is responsible for oversight of CG’s global ECM activities, with a focus on driving coordination and best practices across regions to drive optimal outcomes for our corporate and institutional clients. Jen joined Adams Harkness (acquired by Canaccord in 2005) in 2003. She has held roles of increasing responsibility within the U.S. ECM team and has been integral to increasing CG’s U.S. syndicate participation and subsequent advancement to a top-ranked midmarket investment dealer in the region. She was promoted to Head of U.S. Equity Capital Markets in September 2013. With extensive corporate finance, equity and debt capital markets experience, Jen has been at the forefront of Canaccord Genuity’s cross-border equity capital markets activities and has been involved in the completion of over 1,000 transactions with an aggregate value of over $150 billion. She has been a significant contributor to CG’s firmwide diversity initiatives, with a strong focus on increasing opportunities for women entering the capital markets, in addition to driving CG’s participation in various local community and charitable initiatives.
Outside of Canaccord Genuity Jen serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Greenlight Biosciences.
