How do I add an account for viewing in Client Access?

Which of my account holdings will display intra-day delayed market prices?
Intra-day delayed market prices are provided for the following stock exchanges: TSX, TSX Venture, CSE, NYSE and NASDAQ.
Why do I not see my order on the Current Orders page?
Current Orders for stocks are populated at login. For Bonds, only market bond orders are displayed on the Current Orders page. GIC transactions will appear the following day on the Activity page.
Does my User ID have to be a valid email address?
Yes, and we will use this same email address to advise you of when eDocuments are available.
Why does the password link emailed to me not work?
The password link is only active for 3 days for security reasons. You can change your password via the menu option: My Profile > Change Password. If you have forgotten your password, please contact Client Support or use the Forgot Your Password link on the Client Access Login page..
How do I unlock my Client Access User ID?
Please contact your Investment Advisor to have your User ID unlocked.
How do I change the email address being used for my User ID?
Please contact your Investment Advisor to change the email address used for your Client Access User ID.
How do I change the two-factor authentication setting or phone number for my User ID?
When you are logged in the Client Access website you can change your two-factor authentication settings and phone number in: My Profile > Manage Two-Factor Authentication. If you are unable to log in, please contact Client Support to reset your password and two-factor authentication for your Client Access User ID.
How do I enable and disable Biometrics log in?
Biometrics log in can be enabled or disabled in Settings under the More menu. If you do not have biometrics set up on your device this feature will not be available on the app.
