Simon Jochlin
Using a risk managed framework, Simon’s key strengths lie in evaluating technical trends in securities markets (such as momentum, breadth, and sentiment) as investable opportunities within a macroeconomic framework.
Drawing from a diverse background in computer programming, psychology, finance, and economics, Simon’s focus resides in finding cyclical, deep value contrarian opportunities for clients of Stenner Wealth Partners+. With a knack for simplifying complex ideas, Simon also helps to lead the client communications effort within the group, helping to quarterback a high-touch, client-centric wealth management process.
Prior to joining Stenner Wealth Partners+, Simon was a Financial Advisor and Financial Planning Specialist with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He also acted as an Institutional Consultant within Graystone Consulting, a separate business unit of Morgan Stanley with more than 40 years of experience advising institutional clients as a fiduciary and was institutionally registered with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Canada. He was also recognized in Wealth Professional Canada Young Guns in 2017.
He was a competitive triathlete in Canada’s Subaru Western Triathlon Series, a personal trainer, and he played varsity water polo at Simon Fraser University. In his free time, Simon enjoys surfing, traveling to remote hiking destinations and spending time with family.
