Head of Finance

As Head of Finance, I've broadened our Management Information services and acted as a strategic business partner to senior leadership. My current duties range from managing payments to projecting financial performance over the next five years and ensuring accurate audited financial statements.

I began work at the company as a scanning assistant during my university summer breaks, before securing a placement year with the finance team. Following my graduation I worked in our London office, returning to Guernsey to pursue my professional qualifications.

A bit about me:

I focus on staying fit by going to the gym, running, and playing football. When not actively engaged in sports, I enjoy watching football or cricket. I also have a keen interest in non-fiction books, particularly those related to business, sports, or psychology.

What does can-do mean to me:

You could call it an ethos, an approach, or an ideology. We simply call it can-do.

For me, it’s about looking for solutions and continuous improvement to make everyone's lives a little easier.
