Head of Operations
I joined the company in 2015 with fifteen years of experience across different areas of operations within financial services. As Head of Operations, I oversee teams in both Guernsey and Blackpool as they execute the operational activities of our business.
On a daily basis, we are problem solving to ensure the smooth and efficient running of processes which deliver the optimal client experience. I use my previous experience at the company as a manager of the payments team, my advanced knowledge of SWIFT and work within the corporate events team, to inform my current role, ensuring that all teams are aware of operational best practice to deliver processes efficiently.

Having a young family keeps me busy! Whether it’s enjoying fun outings with the children or involving them in gardening, we're always active and on the move.
