Client Services Manager, Isle of Man
I am a longstanding member of the team, having celebrated 25 year's service with the company. Educated locally, I began my career with a local Trust Company in the early 1980s. I have since gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of customer relations and enjoy my current role as Client Services Manager. Along with my team members, I focus on providing a high quality level of service to ensure our clients’ requirements are met.
I aim to exceed their expectations and take great satisfaction from building and maintaining client relationships. I am extremely proud to be associated with such a dedicated team and to have seen the company grow and flourish over the years.

A bit about me:
I enjoy reading, walking and watching sport. I love spending time with my family, including my five grandsons who certainly drive me ragged at times, but I wouldn’t be without them and at least I get to give them back!
What does can-do mean to me:
You could call it an ethos, an approach, or an ideology. We simply call it can-do.
Can-do is trying to deliver better outcomes all the time, consistently setting new sights and helping to increase productivity. I try to adopt an enthusiastic and professional approach, have a positive mindset, keep motivated and always be willing to help others - that is the can-do mindset.
