Client Services Officer
I joined the company in March 2016 after relocating to the Isle of Man from Belgium where I was born and educated.
Prior to joining the company I gained experience working in Luxembourg as an Operation & Client Relationship Manager for Merrill Lynch, responsible for the Nordic countries, Lichtenstein, Switzerland, France, Monaco and Spain and later as an Assistant Manager Client Account Representative for HSBC Securities Services.
I am a team player and take pride in my work; providing high quality service and a professional approach to resolving issues promptly and efficiently is always my priority, which in turn enhances the overall client experience.
A bit about me:
I love long walks in the countryside with my dog, reading and cooking for my family and friends. I also enjoy long weekends away discovering new restaurants and fine wines.
What does can-do mean to me:
You could call it an ethos, an approach, or an ideology. We simply call it can-do.
Looking at situations in a positive light and open myself up to new challenges and opportunities. It is the eager willingness to tackle situations with enthusiasm and get the job done.
