Tammy Eckenswiller graduated with an Ivey HBA from UWO. A move to NYC in 2007 landed her a position on the Brand Team in startup, Gilt Groupe, where she helped grow memberships and elevated brand storytelling by forging connections with online communities, influencers and creators. In 2011 she joined ecom startup Everlane's Brand Team and expanded the brand's influencer outreach and video content and spearheaded more efficient scaling of creative production. Eckenswiller's career trajectory led her to great success at Rebecca Minkoff as SVP of Brand Creative. Her foresight to leverage storytelling, social media and collaborations with influencers like Rebecca herself, Jessica Alba and Melissa Wood Tepperberg, captured the attention of millennials. In 2014 Eckenswiller founded sustainable premium water company Flow with her husband Nicholas Reichenbach where she utilized her rare combination of creative and strategic thinking to champion the holistic health of the brand and business. She grew revenue from 0 to $50 million across retail and ecom channels and achieved #1 market share in the carton format. Now she is following her entrepreneurial spirit to the snack bar segment where she has partnered with Patrick Higgins and Jon Cohen to take ownership of Love Good Foods in 2024.
