Andrew joined us in 2010 to focus on growing the energy services and midstream practice, having entered the energy investment banking space in 2003. He has successfully closed a diverse set of over 100 mandates since joining the firm, including taking private companies to the public markets via IPO or RTO and raising new capital for existing public clients. He has also sourced private equity sponsorship for growing entrepreneurs and advised on corporate sales and asset divestitures on both the sell-side and the buy-side. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a Chartered Investment Manager. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from The University of Alberta School of Business and is a graduate of the school’s PRIME Fund honors portfolio management practicum.
