Rohan has 15 years of global investment banking experience advising Boards, corporations, entrepreneurs, investors, and management teams on M&A and other strategic corporate finance matters.
Rohan currently serves as a Managing Director in the firm’s New York office, covering clients in the digital services space including tech-enabled business services, consulting, and DX/transformation. Within these areas, Rohan has experience across cloud consulting, customer experience/commerce, product development/software engineering, data/analytics, business/knowledge process management, and managed services.
Prior to joining Canaccord Genuity, Rohan was responsible for originating and executing transactions in the enterprise tech and services sector at Avendus Capital in New York, and for executing transactions across sectors at JP Morgan (NY M&A Group) and Goldman Sachs (emerging EMEA/SS Africa M&A group), where he started his career. Over his time in investment banking, Rohan has executed >$20bn in M&A transaction value.
Rohan holds an MS in International Business (summa cum laude) from HEC Paris and a BCom in accounting and finance (first class) from the University of Mumbai.
