Tom Pollard is a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group and is based in San Francisco. Mr. Pollard joined the firm in 2007 as a member of the U.S. Healthcare group and has advised clients across Life Sciences, with a focus on Biotechnology & Spec Pharma and most recently expanded his coverage as the Head of U.S. Cannabis Investment Banking. He has provided corporate finance and advisory services to hundreds of clients with significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, public stock offerings, private financings, and fairness opinion advisory. Mr. Pollard earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and received his B.B.A. from the University of Iowa.
